1. معلومات المتجر

متجر As Store هو متجر إلكتروني مسجل في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، متخصص في بيع إكسسوارات الهواتف الذكية من شواحن وكوابل وأغطية حماية ومنتجات ملحقة.

2. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك للموقع أو إتمامك لأي طلب شراء، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

3. الأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة فما فوق، أو أن تستخدم الموقع تحت إشراف ولي أمر، لإتمام عملية الشراء.

4. المنتجات والأسعار

  • جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالدينار الأردني (JOD) وشاملة للضريبة المطبقة.
  • تُضاف كلفة التوصيل بشكل منفصل وتظهر بوضوح في صفحة إتمام الطلب.
  • نبذل جهدنا لعرض صور وأوصاف دقيقة، وقد تختلف درجة اللون قليلاً باختلاف شاشة العرض.
  • نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو إيقاف أي منتج دون إشعار مسبق، على أن يُطبق على الطلبات الجديدة فقط.

5. طرق الدفع وأمان المعاملات

نقبل الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام، وعبر CliQ والمحافظ الإلكترونية، وببطاقات Visa و MasterCard.

تتم جميع عمليات الدفع بالبطاقات عبر بوابة دفع معتمدة ومتوافقة مع معايير PCI DSS، باستخدام تشفير SSL/TLS 1.2 أو أعلى وخوارزمية SHA-256، مع تحقق إضافي عبر 3D Secure. المتجر لا يخزّن ولا يطلع على بيانات بطاقتك الائتمانية بأي شكل.

6. إتمام الطلب

استلامك لرسالة تأكيد الطلب لا يعني قبوله نهائياً؛ يعتبر العقد منعقداً عند شحن المنتج. راجع سياسة التوصيل وسياسة الإلغاء وسياسة الإرجاع.

7. الضمان

جميع المنتجات مغطاة بضمان ضد عيوب التصنيع حسب ما هو موضح في صفحة كل منتج. الضمان لا يغطي الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو المياه أو الإصلاح لدى جهة غير معتمدة.

8. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات من شعارات وصور ونصوص وتصاميم هي ملكية حصرية لـ As Store، ويُمنع نسخها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن خطي.

9. حدود المسؤولية

لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنتجات بشكل مخالف للتعليمات، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال على قيمة المنتج المشترى.

10. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكم عمّان بالنظر في أي نزاع.

11. تعديل الشروط

نحتفظ بحق تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعتمد الإصدار المنشور على هذه الصفحة.

1. Store Information

As Store is an online retailer registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, specialising in smartphone accessories including chargers, cables, protective cases and related products.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to complete a purchase.

4. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and are inclusive of applicable tax.
  • Delivery charges are added separately and shown clearly at checkout.
  • We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions; colour shades may vary slightly by screen.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue any product without prior notice; changes apply to new orders only.

5. Payment Methods and Transaction Security

We accept Cash on Delivery, CliQ and e-wallets, and Visa and MasterCard cards.

All card payments are processed through a certified, PCI DSS compliant payment gateway using SSL/TLS 1.2 or higher encryption and the SHA-256 algorithm, with additional 3D Secure verification. As Store never stores or has access to your card details.

6. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance; the contract is formed when the product is shipped. Please review our Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Warranty

All products are covered against manufacturing defects as stated on each product page. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure, or repair by an unauthorised party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, images, text and designs is the exclusive property of As Store and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

As Store is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of products contrary to their instructions. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force.
