1. مناطق التوصيل
نوصل إلى جميع محافظات المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، كما تتوفر خدمة الاستلام من المتجر (Pickup) دون أي رسوم.
2. خيارات التوصيل والأسعار

جميع الأسعار بالدينار الأردني (JOD). تُحتسب كلفة التوصيل وتُعرض بوضوح في صفحة إتمام الطلب قبل تأكيد الدفع.
3. مدة التجهيز
يتم تجهيز الطلب وتسليمه للتوصيل خلال ساعات العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس. تُحتسب مدة التوصيل من لحظة تأكيد الطلب.
4. طريقة التوصيل
يتم التوصيل عبر مندوبينا وشركات شحن محلية معتمدة إلى العنوان الذي تزودنا به عند الطلب. سيتم التواصل معك هاتفياً قبل الوصول.
5. تتبع الطلب
عند شحن طلبك ستصلك رسالة تأكيد على بريدك الإلكتروني تتضمن تفاصيل الشحنة ورقم التتبع إن وجد.
6. طرق الدفع المتاحة
- الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام (Cash on Delivery)
- CliQ والمحافظ الإلكترونية
- بطاقات Visa و MasterCard عبر بوابة دفع مشفرة ومعتمدة
7. تأخير الشحنات
قد تتأخر بعض الشحنات خلال الأعياد والعطل الرسمية أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا. سنبلغك فوراً في حال حدوث أي تأخير.

1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all governorates across the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In-store Pickup is also available free of charge.
2. Delivery Options & Charges

All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Delivery charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
3. Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched during business hours, Sunday to Thursday. Delivery timeframes are counted from the moment the order is confirmed.
4. Delivery Method
Orders are delivered by our own drivers and trusted local courier companies to the address provided at checkout. You will be contacted by phone before arrival.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment details and tracking number where applicable.

7. Shipping Delays
