سياسة إلغاء الطلبات

1. إلغاء الطلب من قبل العميل

  • قبل الشحن: يمكنك إلغاء الطلب مجاناً وبالكامل طالما لم يُسلم لشركة الشحن، وذلك خلال ساعتين من إتمام الطلب.
  • بعد الشحن: لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب، وينتقل التعامل معه إلى سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال.

2. كيفية طلب الإلغاء

تواصل معنا فوراً على asmobilee2025@gmail.com أو 0790665030 مرفقاً رقم الطلب. يُعتمد وقت وصول الطلب إلينا لتحديد إمكانية الإلغاء.

3. استرداد المبلغ بعد الإلغاء

  • الطلبات المدفوعة ببطاقة Visa أو MasterCard: يُعاد المبلغ بالكامل إلى نفس البطاقة خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.
  • الطلبات المدفوعة عبر CliQ أو تحويل بنكي: يُعاد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل.
  • الطلبات بالدفع عند الاستلام: لا يوجد مبلغ مدفوع، ويُلغى الطلب مباشرة دون أي رسوم.

لا نفرض أي رسوم إلغاء على الطلبات التي تُلغى قبل الشحن.

4. إلغاء الطلب من قبل المتجر

نحتفظ بحق إلغاء أي طلب وإعادة المبلغ بالكامل في الحالات التالية:

  • نفاد المنتج من المخزون.
  • وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو وصف المنتج.
  • عدم اكتمال بيانات التوصيل أو تعذر التواصل مع العميل.
  • الاشتباه بعملية احتيالية أو غير مصرح بها.

في جميع هذه الحالات سنبلغك فوراً ونعيد لك المبلغ كاملاً.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Before shipping: You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been handed to the courier, typically within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After shipping: The order can no longer be cancelled and will be handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Contact us immediately at asmobilee2025@gmail.com or +962 79 066 5030 quoting your order number. Eligibility is determined by the time your request reaches us.

3. Refunds Following Cancellation

  • Visa / MasterCard orders: the full amount is refunded to the same card within 7 to 14 business days.
  • CliQ or bank transfer orders: refunded within 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: no payment has been taken, so the order is cancelled at no charge.

No cancellation fees are applied to orders cancelled before shipping.

4. Cancellation by As Store

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • An obvious pricing or product description error.
  • Incomplete delivery details or inability to reach the customer.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

In all such cases we will notify you immediately and refund the full amount.
